1924
Molecular Products was started as a supplier of high quality calcium chloride to the local pharmacy industry in East London.
1973
Bill McKernan bought the business and developed into other market areas.
1976
The Company relocated to Thaxted and broadened the business into air purification products.
1988
A state of the art soda lime manufacturing facility was introduced and soon after the company expanded into oxygen generation.
2002
The company moved into the North American market with the acquisition of the US company C*Chem Inc. The new and productive family member has been renamed Molecular Products Inc and has added toxic gas filtration to the product range.
2006
Molecular Products Asia was established to better support this important region of the World.
The Future
The company continues to experience substantial growth in all markets, sells to more than 80 countries and looks forward to a strong and healthy future under the sound leadership of Ian and Andrew McKernan.
