Kelly has been leading the Molecular Products team since April 2022. She joined the business from Global Filter Worldwide, where she led the full operation across the US, Europe and Japan, primarily serving the food, beverage, and fine chemicals market.
She started her career in the commercial side of the consumer-packaged goods space, working at both Unilever and Kraft Heinz. Prior to joining Filtration Group, Kelly most recently built and ran the investment arm at The Kraft Heinz Company. Kelly’s Filtration Group career started with the Multisorb team, where she worked with the group to build a strategic plan for accelerated growth across the Food and Nutraceutical spaces. From there she served as Executive Vice President of the High Purity Group, leading commercial efforts across Global Filter Worldwide, Zinga, ASP, and PCI Membranes, before being promoted to President of Global Filer Worldwide.
Joseph Carloto - Group Chief Financial Officer Molecular Products
Joe joined the Molecular Products team in May 2017. Joe is a strategically focused, “hands-on” global Financial and Operational Executive with experience in all areas of finance, IT and management. As a CPA with sharp technical skills and vast capital markets knowledge, Joe has diverse industries experience including pharmaceutical, consumer, manufacturing, chemicals and technology.
A multilingual professional with Big-4, public, private and private equity experience, Joe is a strong leader with a notable ability to build and lead teams and integrate operations, people and cultures. He has extensive deal experience. He is results driven, has excellent process and team management skills and a keen ability to partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive business strategy, operational initiatives and value creation.
Joe has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David graduated from the University of Arizona in 1991. He started his commercial career in the remote sensing industry, gaining extensive experience of international strategic account management. David joined Molecular Products in 2008 and his consistent track record of delivering sales growth, combined with natural leadership skills and general business acumen, led to David’s appointment as a director in 2016
Vikrant Patil - Country HeadMolecular Products India
Vikrant leads Molecular Products’ operation in India. Born and raised in Mumbai, Vikrant is a chemical engineering graduate, experienced in the design, manufacture and commission of process equipment for industries including pharmaceutical, chemical, oil and gas. His previous roles with leading filtration equipment manufacturers, combined with his post-graduate degree in Business Management, makes Vikrant integral to the global Molecular Products team
For over a decade, Wei Yu and her team have firmly established Molecular Products’ presence in Asia. Wei’s vast experience of managing the local presence for global businesses has led to Molecular Products’ reputation for outstanding service with her customer base. Born and raised in China, Wei has a masters degree in civil and commercial law, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her professional background extends across a broad range of markets including mining, mineral processing, dredging, foundry and air purification.
Danny Beissinger - EMEA Sales ManagerMolecular Products Ltd
Danny manages the Molecular Products Ltd commercial team, overseeing all sales and service needs in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and an MBA in Global Marketing and Strategy from the Korea University Business School. Based in Molecular Products’ Colorado office, Danny has a commercial background in water treatment and absorption technology, and is committed to the success of both his customers and Molecular Products.
Lindsey has served the high performance coatings B2B segment for 17+ years in the sales, marketing, and sales leadership capacities. He brings with him a Business Degree that specializes in Marketing, and an MBA that focuses on Leadership. His proven focus on customer centricity has lead him to exceptional strategic partnerships with key customers throughout his career.
